Line 1: a Plan Old telephone Line from Bellsouth
Line 2: VoIP from Vonage with free long distance
Line 3: VoIP "fax" line from Vonage
Line 4: Cellsocket cellphone to POTS adaptor. to help use up those night and weekend mins.

I found out that this is error msg is from the ATT prepaid calling cards

Caller ID spoofing is the manipulation of the caller ID info sent to a call recipiant.
To accompish this you must have a PRI (Primary Rate Interface) $$$ very expinsive for home use.
This can now be done very easy with Asterisk@home or Asterisk and using an outbound provider like Voxee or others.
Of course the backend at the outbound provider is still a PRI and they are changing the CID based on your settings.
