Currently I have T-mobile for my personal line.
My new phone with TMO is a Nokia 6600 (above left)
Coverage is good in most major cites.
I would say T-Mobile is the best deal $99/month 1600 min with 2 lines.

For work I have a LG VX6000 (above right). The coverage is outstanding but the cost is high $59/month 500 min 1 line.

Also for work I have an EVDO card from Verizon Wireless
The cost is high $89/month for unlimited data at about 56K
